Sarahh12099 Repository offers one of the best sources with ++ tweaks for popular iOS apps. If you are running a jailbroken device this is a must-have Cydia source packed with over 80 tweaks ++ for apps available in App Store and other 3rd-party stores.
++ apps are simply tweaks allowing you to activate features or subscriptions in apps, remove tracking scripts and annoying advertising from the interface, by ad limit tracking, etc. Install a ed app from AppStore or any other source and then ++ package from Cydia.
